Despite daily calls over a period of 6 days to sellers workplace, messages left there as well as LX, emails, seller did not release hops for shipment until 12 days after payment cleared and would not return any communication. Immediately after I requested the purchase be cancelled, he shipped the hops. I wasted hours trying to make a simple request, was completely ignored, and ultimately wound up with hops I no longer need.
