Purchased hops, found out from seller they had been used by assistant. He said he could transfer hops from his broker to me instead with no issue as I had an account as well. A few days later I received invoice for the hops (at a much higher price), though I had already paid. Apparently he told them to transfer hops to me and bill me, and they won't be shipped until paid for. After multiple calls and messages things were corrected, but seller was always extremely slow to respond.

Confirmed shipping on one day, but never sent to UPS. We were forced to cancel the order and ask for overnight shipping because it would be too late to arrive otherwise.
