We placed an on 5/17/17. Told by Hop Havoc that hops were shipped to us and given a tracking number that only showed a shipping label was created but not delivered to UPS. We tried to cancel the order. He said the hops had already shipped. The hops actually shipped on 6/2/17 - 16 days after the order was placed and 1 day after we brewed our beer. The hops arrived on 6/6/17. This was the worst experience we have had on Lupulin Exchange. Buyer beware of Hop Havoc or Dylan Krzywomski!

Never gave me the heads up that he was unable to fulfill the order. Now 14 days later I still don't have hops. Caveat emptor.
