Logistics worked great, but there was confusion about the exact variety of hops. While similar, it was not what was expected.

I am sorry to see you didn’t have a positive transaction. I know there was communication between us about sending a regular spalter,but in the end we were able to get you the spalter select that was what we had listed on the exchange.
