While this order wasn't the smoothest, everything worked out in the end and I would use them in the future if they can fulfill my hop needs. We received a partial refund for hops that were not sent. Unfortunately, we were charged the full amount for shipping while only having 1/2 of the order shipped. Would have been great to get a partial return on the shipping as well.
